All ages and genders of the 8K will run together in one race starting at 8:00 am. All ages and genders of the 4K will run together in one race starting at 9:00 am.

The 8K and 4K races will be chip timed.

Course Information
The Iowa State University Cross Country Course was dedicated in October of 1995 as the first course in the nation designed exclusively for competitive cross country racing. The University played host to the 1995 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships. Since then the course has also served as the site of the 2000 NCAA Championships, the 2008 Big 12 Championships and the 2013 NCAA Midwest Cross Country Regional, the 2017 Big 12 Cross Country Championships and the 2017 NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championships.

The State Games of America reserves the right to combine divisions as needed based on registration numbers.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three places in each division.

Athlete packets will be at the venue.
