Come put your forms routine to the test and see where you stand against competitors across the country. Please register below and then submit a video of your forms routine for judging by experienced Karate judges.
Cost: $30
Format: Forms - All Styles (excluding Tae Kwon Do - if you’re interested in that event, click here)
Dates: October 1 - December 8, 2021
Age Categories: 7 & under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-31, 32-41 and 42+
Belt Levels: Under 1 year, over 1 year, Black Belt.
What you get: State Games of America Virtual Games medal and t-shirt.
Results: Submit a video of your forms routine using the link below. Videos will be judged and scores posted on the Virtual leader board for review. Judging will take place in January after registration will close. Videos will be judged starting December 9, 2021.

Record yourself doing your forms routine. Please state your name, age and experience level at the start of your video.
Submit your forms video. *You must be registered in order to have your video judged.
Submit photos from competing or when you receive your medal here.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Remember to follow all local laws when participating in the Virtual Games including using safety equipment. Be aware of your surroundings to compete in a safe matter. We ask that participants social distance and follow all local COVID-19 recommendations while competing.
Virtual Games medals and t-shirts will start shipping out in November.
